What's a good cleaner and conditioner for a leather jacket?

I would like to clean and condition my leather jacket (which is black lambskin). It has no stains or anything, but it could still use a cleaning. I have some leather cleaner wipes and some leather conditioner wipes that I used for my leather couch, but both the cleaner wipes and conditioner wipes say they aren't recommended to be used for glove or jacket type leather. Can anyone recommend a good cleaner/conditioner combination?

1. Hi Minne, try saddle soap. We use it on everything and it conditions the leather too. Also it doesn't smell too bad. You can usually find it next to the shoe polish or next to the special cleaners....it comes in a round tin...just like shoe polish. :D
2. Please, please do not use saddle soap you will ruin your jacket. Lambskin will be very absorbent and will need specialist cleaning, take it to your dry cleaners and ask them to do it. Anything wet will probably mark it. You can use a nubusk cloth to remove surface dirt and you could protect with something like waterstop but do not use wet cleaners.
